Thanks Cate, being well and healthy is such a blessing and one that isn’t afforded to everyone. I know my daughter would love to be able to walk, stand, move freely, all things we take for granted. I needed to “get real and honest” with myself, i wasn’t happy with my physical body, but having such a great love of my spirit/soul meant it wasn’t such a big deal. That was until things started to get difficult. I am feeling blessed to be able to do something to change it. xx Good luck with your journey
