Hi\u00a0fans,\u00a0<\/strong>What a\u00a0fan<\/strong>tastic opportunity it was to be able to trial the Dyson Pure Hot + Cold Air purifier!! It was, as some would say\u00a0fan<\/strong>tasmagorical .Enough with the\u00a0fan\u00a0<\/strong>puns now, I am always trying to be fan<\/strong>cy…hehe.<\/p>\n

When I first heard about this Dyson product I assumed it was just a fancy bladeless fan. My husband runs hot and loves the hum of a fan at night to\u00a0help him doze off. Me on the other hand, I like silence and warmth. We had a rickety cheap fan and it had to go. You can see my unboxing video here and the noisy fan .<\/p>\n

<\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\nWe asked around and I posed the question to my friends on Facebook\u00a0, whether the Dyson was worth the money.\u00a0Those who had tried it said they loved it, but no one really mentioned all the other features. The features that make this fan worth every cent.<\/p>\nThe Dyson Purifier\u2019s filter automatically captures gases and 99.95% of fine particles such as allergens and pollutants\u00a0.\u00a0This is a cool feature, but what \ndoes that actually mean for our homes? It is said that the pollutants inside our homes are often far worse than that of the air outside! We noticed a spike each night, which would be quickly resolved by the Dyson. This spike of\u00a0pollutants was during our daughter’s pad changes. Our daughter is 16 and due to an accident is now incontinent.\u00a0\u00a0As you can imagine it can be quite\u00a0smelly and before using the Dyson Hot+Cold Air purifier, would take several hours for the smell to dissipate.\u00a0\u00a0We have a large home and would often\u00a0notice the odor reaching the furthest away rooms from hers.\u00a0\u00a0I’m excited to report that the Dyson removes all the odor quickly and thoroughly, no more\u00a0toileting smells throughout the home. \nHow awesome would that be for family day care homes or Child care centres?! \nThe other thing with removing pollutants is removing potential allergens. When I first received the Dyson It wasn’t quite cold enough to give the heater a proper go, but heading towards the end of the trial the cold weather started to kick in.\u00a0WOW!! As a bit of a cold fish I freaking love the heater setting! I no longer have to roast my whole family, all over the home with the ducted system.The heating feature blows hot air and at about level 6 or 7 has quite a bit of a gust to it. It’s not a radiator, it has no flame, which makes it suitable\u00a0for children’s rooms.\u00a0I used it in my bedroom an hour before I went to bed and it was toasty and warm.\u00a0\u00a0I also used it in my bathroom, warming the\u00a0room for when I got out of the bath and when my daughter got out of the bath.
