(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/justwing/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114Welcome to life! It’s not all sunshine, walks on the beach, deep human connection and abundant love flowing like a river…Well not all the time anyway.

According to Google stress is : a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. OK. So, me having 3 baskets of washing to do, the cat doing a shit on the floor and the second cracked mobile phone screen in 6 weeks is really bloody annoying, but it’s probably not mentallly or emotionally straining, is it?

Those things are common unfortunately, if they were truly my biggest sources of stress I could eliminate them easily. I could pay for a laundry service, get rid of the cat and only use a mobile phone whilst seated. My clumsiness is here to stay though LOL!

I talk about how unwell I was in other blogs. PTSD, compounded grief, anxiety and depression, FUCKING STRESSED!! Considering my life circumstances at the time there is no real surprise. Chronic stress destroys you. It ruins your health. It isn’t just being irritated, or pissed off, it is debilitating.

Wellness isn’t just a set and forget thing. I have created a life that has allowed me to reduce most of my stress and triggers for anxiety. I still have my days. I have to giggle, I consider myself a pretty evenly keeled human. I recently asked my hubby about this and he informs me I am one of the moodiest people he has ever known!! As quick as I am pissed off, is as quick as I am fine again, so I am assuming this is what he means! haha.

For those new readers I will just quickly outline the things I have done to be in the place I am now. I exercise, a moderate amount to a crazy amount and when I don’t I get very grumpy and even sad. I use essential oils. I cannot tell you enough how much these have helped. I use them when I am pre menstrual, I use them for confidence, I use them to focus, sex drive, to help with sleep, pretty much where others use pharmaceuticals I use oils. I only use the purest Young LIving ones and even take them internally. If you ever want to hear more I trial them, I am happy to help out.

What else do I do to reduce stress? Eat well. Yoga. Meditate. Rid my life of people who bring me down. Reduce caffeine, reduce alcohol, keep my home free of clutter, keep my home clean and tidy. A messy cluttered house makes my anxiety peak. It isn’t an accident that I am well, it is continuous work. Look at each week and seeing what can be done to keep a balnace and our lives flowing. The biggest game changer for me is gratitude, it’s hard to be grumpy when giving thanks.

I hear from some “it’s all right for you because…” or “what is there in your life to be stressed about?” and then there are those of you that share your own stories. I love to hear how I have helped you in different ways. It is very touching to read messages.

What I am not is an expert and sometimes I have wished I could do more. I have recently teamed up with Nay Gramberg, who is a qualified therapist.

Nay has a practice in Victoria and recently has published a workbook with a CD to help you help yourself at home. Nay calls herself “The Stress Whisperer” and has a website and Facebook page that she can be contacted on. This is what is included in her take home pack :

Therapeutic guide includes tips, and exercises for you to complete in your own time and space

I was fortunate enough to be given a copy of the book and CD’s that Nay has carefully and thoughtfully put together. I had planned to use, review and write a blog on it. Then it dawned on me that it would be amazing to trial her products with a reader. At the same time.

So, I am so excited to share with one lucky reader The Stress whisperer work book and CD. All I ask is that you Check out Nay’s website, Facebook page and then send me a private message as to what you have tried to help with stress, if you would like to you can also share some of your own story with me.

If you have a look at the website and think this is something you’d love to purchase that option is also available.

When I have used the CD and workbook I will write another blog telling you how it worked for me. If they lucky winner wishes to disclose how it went for them I will include that too.

Sending love, Diffusing : stress away

Facebook contact : https://www.facebook.com/Thestresswhisperer/
