Welcome to life! It's not all sunshine, walks on the beach, deep human connection and abundant love flowing like a river...Well not all the time anyway. According to Google stress is : a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. OK. So, me having 3 baskets of washing to do, the cat doing a shit on the floor and the second cracked mobile phone screen in 6 weeks is really bloody annoying, . . .

A very wise woman once told me to "find my HAPPY",  I sat on this statement for quite some time and sought to think of what my ‘happy’ was. More importantly,  What did I want my ‘happy’ to be?
